Shipping Questions



  • How long is processing time once an order is placed?

Majority of the orders are usually processed and shipped out within 24-48 hours excluding non-operational weekends.

We will do our best to provide the quickest processing time possible. Orders such as personalized ribbons and favors may take up to 5 business days to ship.


  • What Carrier do you use to ship?

Majority of the US orders are processed through Fedex and few are through USPS. We use Fedex Smart post to deliver PO boxes.


  • How long does it take to receive an order if I choose 3rd Day, 2nd Day or Overnight Shipping Option?

For express orders such as 3rd day, 2nd day and Next Day it generally 24 hours for processing and handling which delivery would exclude the order date. For instance, if you place the order on Monday with 3rd Day prior to 11 am(PST), it will arrive on Thursday. Saturday & Sunday are non operational days for FedEx.

Please note: Express orders must be placed before 11 am Pacific Standard Time to be shipped the same day.  Express orders placed after cut off time will be shipped on the next available business date.  Delivery time excludes the date of order, so time would start the day after it's been shipped.


  • Do you offer 2nd Shipment on backorder & Pre-order items?

If you place an order containing Pre-Order products, the entire order will be held and shipped entirely until the indicated date.  There are no 2nd shipments available.  Therefore if you require products immediately please plan accordingly such as place a separate order.

 

  • How long does it take to receive an order if I am on the east coast? 

All orders require 24-48 business hours for processing and handling in the order in which they were submitted.  If you select Flat Rate shipping delivery can take up to 4-8 business days.  For Ground Service it usually takes 4-5 business days to arrive (Excluding Saturday & Sunday).

 

  • How long does it take to receive an order via Flat Rate Ground Shipping?

Processing and handling normally requires 24-48 business hours in the order submitted.  Once shipped delivery with Flat Rate service can take up to 4-8 business days since it ships on a 2nd party process with FedEx then is rendered to USPS for final delivery.  Orders are shipped from Ontario, California. (East of Los Angeles).

 

  • If I am within California, how long does it take to receive an order?

Southern California deliveries can usually take 1-2 days after processing and handling, while Northern California takes 2-3 Days to arrive (Excluding Saturday & Sunday)

 

  • How much is the shipping cost?

Our shipping prices are calculated directly on the website based on the package weight/dimensions, location and service class requested.  Therefore to attain a quote please add the items to your shopping cart, select corresponding country, input postal code and click on calculate shipping.  The services will be automatically displayed with the corresponding shipping fees

For international customers, we use real time United States Postal Service Rate based on how much your order. Everything can be calculated automatically once you add the products to shopping cart and input your postal code and country, then calculate shipping.

 

  • Can I change the shipping address, or upgrade the shipping method once the order is shipped?

No, Once the order is shipped, there is no way for us to change any shipping address or upgrade any shipping service. We could try to contact UPS to make certain changes, it is not guaranteed it will be successful. There is a fee of $10.00 for any address corrections or changes once the order is shipped.
